All coordinating person has promptly assisted during our water activities like, sea walk, scuba diving and other activity. Negative 1. No information given to team at Neil Island for our coming, contact number provided for person at Neil was not picking calls, even when I call to Delhi office (Ms Smita), she told that we are informing wait at your location & never called back to know our status. This caused us to wait for more than 1hr 30 min at Neil Jetty. 2. Even during booking package, it was agreed that Green Ocean ferry shall not be booked and only Makruss/Nautica/ITT majestic shall be booked. However, from returning from Neil to Port blair, Green ocean ferry was booked, which make us suffer in suffocating cabin of Green Ocean. 3. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island.
